The Website collects information about users and their behavior in the following way:

2. INFORMATION IN FORMS
The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user.

Data provided in the form may constitute a set of potential clients, registered by the Website Operator in the register kept by the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.

Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data
The personal data administrator processes your personal data for the following purposes and scope:

to take actions before concluding a contract at your request (e.g. creating an account), i.e. the data provided in the registration form in the Online Store, such as email address and password, gender; if registration takes place via an external authentication service (e.g. Google+, Facebook), we collect your first and last name, and if you register during the purchase of Goods, we collect your first and last name and the data provided to fulfill the order such as the shipping address;
to provide Services requiring an Account, such as keeping order history, informing about order status, we process your data provided in the Account and during the purchase of Goods; -
to provide Services that do not require creating an Account or purchasing Goods, such as browsing the Online Store’s website, product search; we process personal data related to your activity in the Online Store, such as data about viewed Products, your device session data, operating system, browser, location, unique ID, IP address;

Data regarding the purchase of Goods, paid services, contests or loyalty programs will be stored for 5 years from the date of order delivery.
Data of unregistered Customers is stored for the lifetime of cookies on the device or until deleted by the Customer.
Your personal data regarding preferences, behavior, and marketing choices may be used as a basis for automated decision-making to determine sales opportunities for the Online Store.
Recipients of personal data
We transfer your data to the following categories of recipients:

If your personal data is inaccurate, you have the right to demand that the Administrator immediately rectify your personal data.

Right to deletion of personal data (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR)
You have the right to request that the Administrator delete your personal data when:

your personal data was processed unlawfully;

you objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent related to direct marketing;

You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data when:
